How do I change or cancel my membership?

Membership changes or cancelations cannot be done through your personal dashboard. If you need to change or cancel your membership, please email info@frenchcreekracing.com and we will accommodate your change request. Please give us a minimum of 1 week notice of any membership changes.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can put your membership on hold for up to 3 months at a time. There is a $20 hold fee that will automatically be applied to your card on file. To request a hold on your membership, please email info@frenchcreekracing.com and we will set up the hold on your account.

What happen's if I show up for a session without enrolling and paying?

A staff member will add you to our enrollment for the session and you will be listed as "Unpaid". We will then either charge the card you already have on file with us or send you a "Purchase Request" if you do not have a card on file. A receipt will be sent to the email address you have on file.
