Youth Open Water Training Package $300 • Unlimited visits for 7 months • - 4 youth focused open water clinics

- Open water coaching at Eastern Zone OW Championship through FCR Youth Open Water Team (weekend of 6/13).
Join our open water training sessions for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition. No prior OW experience is necessary, but swimmers must be confident in their ability to swim a 400 meter course without assistance. All swimmers must wear a bright colored swim cap or a New Wave Swim Buoy. NWSB is mandatory for anyone who has never completed a 400 yard open water loop without stopping. We generally have buoys available for sale, or to borrow.

Please try to sign up early for your session, if you are coming last minute after the session has started, you can still sign up and show up, but will need to sign in with a Staff Member/Lifeguard.
