Erin Taylor
Erin has been swimming since she was 8 years old on her local swim team. Soon after, she found a love for swimming open water in the lakes of her summer Girl Scout camps. Erin began lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and coaching for her pool and swim team during high school. In college and beyond, she continued to swim regularly for fitness.
As a new mom in 2011, Erin started taking group workout classes geared toward new moms and discovered her passion in living and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Later she started her own fitness business with FIT4MOM, teaching pre- and post-natal fitness to new moms.More recently, Erin began training and competing in triathlon events. She first started swimming with French Creek Racing in 2021 and began coaching with them in 2022. Erin has completed several sprint and olympic distance triathlons, and one 70.3 distance in North Carolina. She has several more 70.3 races planned, with a goal of completing a full Ironman in 2026.
